      Change is causing employees to be fearful

      Pros

      Paychex provides good benefits, they promote from within and they do a good job with training for new employees.

      Cons

      On the downside the training for specific products or new services could use a lot of improvement. Many times you're left to fend for yourself. The way performance is so tightly linked to surveys from clients is also difficult. Even if the client is commenting on their experience with a different department internally the assigned rep takes the fall for a poor survey score.

      Pros

      Good people working with me. Enthusiastic in beginning, and great food at Christmas time.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible with no raises for cost of living. Quotas go up but compensation does not. Management does not support our needs and training has come and gone. Not sure why the change in the training as the trainers are great. No support from upper management and no support from product manager.
