      Pros

      Flex schedule after 90 days is great to break the agonizing 9-5 routine. Building partnerships with field sales reps is fun. Clients are generally kind.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. We are literally told to avoid thinking creatively. "Dial more, dial more, dial more." You can be incredibly successful quota-wise and still be micromanaged nearly to death.

      Good program and organization training. All managers and supervisors are well trained. Every employees are well trained in customer service
