      Many changes in operations makes customer service issues difficult. Many excuses from operations.

      Great environment, unlimited potential for income, fast paced environment, good benefits, health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plan, vacation, tuition assistance

      Cons

      management can be improved, sometimes policies can be restricting, dress code can be a bit too strict, not a huge allowance for cars &^ phone

      Plently of opportunities if you hit your quotas for the year, fun environment

      With any sales job, things are constantly changing. While there are supposed to be plenty of opportunities if you hit every matrix, things don't always work out, or they want more experience etc. Some supervisors will make up any excuse why you weren't a great fit for the job posted.
