Pros

Remote work from home for now

Cons

Leadership is horrible. Low employee morale. NO focus on service. TOO much pressure on sales. Does NOT set new employees up for success. RUN, do not walk.

Not what it used to be

Pros

Generous time off in most roles. Health insurance is on par with other large companies.

Cons

When Gibson took over as CEO the writing was on the wall there would be a complete overhaul of the company. He's eliminated remote work and most of the recent layoffs were remote. Lots of office closures with more to come. The culture is toxic as you're forced to act like everything is good, when everyone is terrified of being laid off because we learned it's not performance based. They're cutting heads and running the business very lean, which is good for them but not for employees. Generous time off means certain people take unlimited time off and managers dump their work on others. Pay across the board is quite low compared to other HCM's.
