      Pros

      Great Benefits, fair in terms of achiving quota they leave you create your masterpiece.

      Cons

      Getting promoted into senior management is very tough. Some more than qualified candidates are 18 years without a promotion. The gamble is your career, you can wait until there is an opening but you coul dwke up at 55 and still be waiting. Getting promoted into middle management is obtainable. However you will not be compensated appropriately.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits offered to all employees.

      Cons

      Management does not understand the importance of treating employees with respect. There is little concern about experience or education when it comes to career advancement. Its all about who you know. Terrible hours and issue resolution management. Pay is not paid proportionatly with hours and responcbility.

      Pros

      A trip to Rochester for two weeks and the knowledge you gain for future jobs. Great benefits, PTO, holiday, and vacation are good if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Horrible management on all levels. Glorified data entry specialists with some tax knowledge. Constantly discriminated against by management. Horrible morale within the company, mainly due to management positions. And when they say you can grow, they dangle a new open position in front of you then quickly say it's not available, due to cuts.
