Turn over rate was super high. I had a large list of clients to start, almost the size of other representatives that have been there for years. The client list had an even larger number of problems. This was very overwhelming for a new representative. This seemed to be the reason for the high turnover rate. A snowball effect. The clients were also frustrated with me from the start since I was the third rep in less than 6 months for most of them. I was also assigned to meet with a client and resolve their issues my second week on the job. I was still learning the system and was responsible for solving complex client system issues.
