Extremely corporate. Meetings at 8am and 5pm. Bosses who don't look at your calendar for availability before dropping another meeting on it. Multiple team meetings a week that are unproductive and unnecessary. Heaven forbid your camera is ever off during any of them. Interview for one department and get bait/switched to another that pays even less. Salaries are seriously below industry and market average and to make any kind of commissions you're going to have to put in way more than a 40 hour week. Cliques like in high school. The turnover is massive and for a reason. This is one of the few GlassDoor company reviews pages that are spot on accurate. Pay attention to them. The only people happy are those who don't know how much better it is elsewhere and have consumed the kool-aid. I can't quit soon enough.
