Pros
Teamwork is excellent. Training is available and encouraged. Movement within the company is encouraged. WFH is available for many positions. Part-time employees eligible for Vision and Dental Insurance. The bonus is nice.
Cons
The pay is not what it should/could be. And I've had 8 supervisors in 5 years. This is not at all unusual. Sometimes they promote people to the supervisory level even if they're not cut out for it. Thankfully, they will correct their mistake. It just may take a year. (Be patient.)
