They changed the comp plan all three years I was there so reps made less money. I had 3 managers and my entire team turned over. This company will do anything and everything to underpay you (shorted me on my last commission check). They also will have you call the same clients 20 times a week. Managers come and go so quick new reps get no training so the onboarding process is getting thrown in the fire with a quota first month. I wouldn’t recommend unless you really need a job
