OMG!!! I sincerely do not have enough time in a day to share all of the negatives. There are some nice people here and many immature folks. It’s like an adult day care center without diapers! Actually, I think people do poop their pants because the lavatory situation is criminal!
So let’s get this horror show rolling. To work here you had better be a “teacher’s pet” or you will never make any decent money. I am in payroll and am 37 years old and have never seen as corrupt a system as at Paychex. I see reps come and go out of pure frustration due to the ridiculously low base salary, the monthly lack of sales and therefore low commission, or just the interaction with management and/or your coworkers.
John Gibson, the CEO, has driven the stock into the ground and ONLY makes almost $9 million a year to suck. He would love to have robots in the office because he could work those until their bolts pop out and their circuits blow.
I see really good people get upset and quit because no one listens to their legitimate concerns. No one cares!
OK, hopefully this will encourage you to find employment elsewhere where you may have a real chance of success.
