      Benefits PTO Sick Pay Floating Holidays Job Resources Training (when it's relevant)

      -Convoluted and chaotic Processes/SOPs -Lower than average pay -Upper Management doesn't seem to communicate with each other -Departments are silos which makes the job much more difficult to do -Job descriptions are very generic and don't really explain the job well which is how they get away with paying less -Too much or irrelevant training -No career pathing

      - Can make good money if you hit quota - Senior Management team has a plan (CEO)

      Cons

      Middle management is a joke. ——- was my manager and constantly bullied and harassed his team memberss. They demoted him and moved him but still can’t build the case to fire him. Left for a different division and the manager was better but still the most toxic office environment I have ever been in. If you don’t have a college degree and bully people, you shouldn’t be a manager. Plain and simple. Left the company 10x happier.
