Management does not seem to understand how to run a functional and performing team properly. The work load is unrealistic. They expect us to manage 200+ current clients, maintain and create relations with over 100 partners, and take on a full sales cycle role daily. We are also only given 4 company holidays a year and are expected to work the occasional Saturday. I have never worked for a company that glorified working overtime on a daily basis before. The pay is also extremely low with very little reward.
