Great environment as a whole, Super creative team, Unbelievably nice salary for entry level

Cons

Feels very corporate, will get treated like a grunt for the first few months, creativity and design is great but will always constrict to a certain brand

Great Company, Great Culture

Pros

- They promote a work-life balance (actively discouraging working overtime, for one thing) - FANTASTIC benefits! - They really treat employees well

Cons

- There are a lot of meetings, so if you don’t like those, that might be a problem

Great Benefits, Unrealistic Deadlines...

Pros

Overall, a great company, growing. The marketing department is a great group. Being right out of school, I learned so much. Great for a first job and will teach you how to be a fast, efficient designer.

Cons

Requires creatives to work at a ridiculous rate, turnaround times on jobs are not realistic.
