      Tiny promotion pay increases and horrible pay while you will probably be replaced with AI anyway.

      1. The team is very supportive of whatever you want to do and encourages you to learn more. This is a fantastic of the data science team. 2. I love the fact that I get to work on some of the cutting edge tools AI and ML at this point.

      Cons

      1. This is a very dynamic atmosphere and we work on fairly tight deadlines. I personally thrive in a situation like this but this might not be for everyone.
