      Pros

      The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and continuously learn is excellent. Immediate leadership is knowledgeable, supportive, and understanding.

      Cons

      Upper leadership operates in a silo, frequently contradicting middle and lower management with sweeping changes while expecting them to enforce compliance. The workload often extends beyond regular hours, and now the company has mandated a full-time return to office with messaging that makes it clear: comply or leave. Promotions are unreliable—even when leadership promises them. The company consistently takes without giving back, and nearly every month, another benefit disappears.
