      Pros

      Development, development, development. Paycom requires your best effort everyday. You must continue to learn and develop at Paycom or else you’ll watch those next to you out perform you quickly. Amazing company to begin your career.

      Cons

      Can be demanding. Goals expectations are constantly changing. As soon as you get comfortable changes are made. Requires a high level of adaptability.

      Pros

      Paycom is an awesome place to work. You are compensated in many ways for your hard work. I never imagined making 6 figures in my early twenties. There is also a lot of room for growth. Leadership is made up of really great people that you want to do well for. People always act surprised when I say "I love my job" but I really do.

      Cons

      Paycom asks a lot of you, but it is all worth it in the end based on what you learn and how you are compensated.
