      Decent Company with Caution

      Pros

      People are great. Codebase is okay, depends on the team. Tech stack is outdated for most teams. PHP is used for the backend. Most use React Typescript for frontend. Great benefits. Pay is great for location. $4 lunches.

      Cons

      Leadership at the company needs changing. Most at the top dont know what they are doing. Job stability used to be a pro, but there is no longer stability. High paced with just new grads means most code wont be scalable or performant. Work life balance is low.

      Good people who want to work hard

      Cons

      Management will seemingly do everything they can to squander good talent and good ideas. Constant need to create more new things instead of fixing the foundational elements leads to constant burnout and a product that leaves a lot on the table.
