      Great Benefits, but Poor Work-Life Balance and Limited Growth

      Pros

      The benefits package is excellent, offering strong healthcare, 401(k) matching, and other perks. The company provides job stability and structured processes.

      Cons

      There is an expectation that employees prioritize Paycom over their personal lives. Career growth is stagnant, with little opportunity to move up. Despite being a tech company, leadership is hesitant to adopt newer technologies. Workload consistently exceeds what can reasonably be completed in a 40-hour workweek.

      Pros

      I absolutely love the people at Paycom. Everyone is so incredibly hard working, but also SO fun to work with. Paycom truly values their employees and provides great growth opportunities. Leadership is open to feedback and new ideas, giving everyone, no matter their role, the opportunity to initiate change. If you're a hard-working individual who loves to continually learn and grow, this is the place for you!
