Pros

I love coming to work. It is fast paced and challenging. I really feel like I make an impact in Paycom's success. I also feel valued by my leaders regularly. - We just introduced ZERO Card which we pay absolutely 0.00 dollars for medical procedures and visits if it is network. Like tubes for my kids or labwork. - I feel compensated fairly. - I am invested in. Been to conferences and given opportunities to grow my career an income. - Love the people I work with and work for! - PTO is fantastic - Paid family leave. I am taking time off to spend with my new baby. Not very many companies give time to the dads. I get 2 weeks and am very grateful.

Cons

- Wish we could wear jeans again. Side note - This is a fast paced environment and challenging but if you have a good attitude and work hard and are able to adapt to change you will be successful here.

Incredible hard-working and caring coworkers, beautiful and clean facilities, $4 catered lunch, and gym access.

Cons

Lack of remote/ hybrid work for majority of departments. Lack of transparency in decision making.

Red Flags Galore

Pros

Had some talent but a lot of that talent has left. Health insurance is cheap. Co-workers were great.

Cons

Not a true tech company. They don’t even give laptops out. Policies are straight-up ancient and out of touch. CEO is founder and seems like corporate governance might be lacking. Total work from office supported by mystery data. Lack of tools will stunt your career growth if you’re straight out of school or looking for your second big job. Over worked because of lack of flexible and modern internal tools. To be fair they let the developers work a hybrid schedule. They don’t even give us company cell phones and expect you respond to texts and calls at odd hours on your personal phone. Dental plan is weak sauce.
