      Innovative and industry changing opportunities that push creativity and challenge everyday thinking. There is always an opportunity to do what you can do best and push yourself to develop and grow. The people here are the best to work with. The entire compensation package is unmatched by other places in the area.

      Cons

      Traffic can be a pain point in the evening if you are trying to get out or somewhere fast.

      Great pay, stressful environment

      Pay is great and you get to work with some incredible people!

      Cons

      Constant change in priority leads to not knowing what is expected of you and uncertainty that you are performing. Paycom is a relatively new company that is still trying to figure things out, in my opinion.
