      Poor pay, poor support, ceo doesn’t really care about his people

      Built a resume and gained “grit”

      Cons

      Values don’t match what they say they are. They work people to the bone for terrible pay. Continue to pour into sales due to the CEO’s background but just throw bodies at product problems and then demand people just live at the office rather than improving things for their people. Force their people to write good reviews about the company so all the 5 stars are fake.

Goals are outlined so you know what you're working toward - something that makes our product and services better! And we have a leading HR department who aims to provide employees the best benefits and professional development. I've thoroughly enjoyed my career here as an individual contributor climbing the ranks to supervisor.
