I dont even want to give this company the time of day for a review. I will leave just a few words that I think of when describing this place: Fear based, Scare Tactics, Sociopaths, Depression, Cold, Drama, Immature, Unprofessional, Old-School, Rigid, Brainwashing, Lying, Stress, Therapy, TOXIC, Numb, Trapped, Not-Heard, Anger. My years with this company were some of the darkest times of my life. I am not being dramatic with this review, this company will widdle you down to being a shell of a human being.. I warn every person I know to steer clear of this company if you value your mental health whatsoever. I promise no $4 lunch or free junk with Paycom's logo blasted all over it is worth it. Ive since left Paycom and have more than doubled my salary at another company doing a lot of the same work with much less stress, and a much better work/life balance.
