      Amazing people who are msart and caring Very understanding company when it comes to time off and work life balance Always room to grow and improve Always something to do and new stuff to work on

      Cons

      Projects /processed change spontaneously, which isnt bad but things arent clearly laid out sometimes Not looking to allow full remote work anytime soon to my knowledge

      WFH 4 days/week, $1 / paycheck health insurance, fairly easy work

      Cons

      Dev points system can be a con, tends to be a sales company more than a software company sometimes

      Pros

      Kind, hard working and personable teammates make this company a great place to work long time. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Work could be a little more challenging but that also depends on what you are looking for. There are plenty of opportunities to progress your career if you take it and ask for it. Probably salary is on the lower end of the spectrum, as far as what your peers earn in other companies.
