      Pros

      Paycom takes such good care of its employees. Cheap lunch on campus, fun events, and a great on-boarding process make it so easy to fit in and enjoy my job. I felt welcome by anyone I came across, and its high standards continue to drive me to work hard.

      Cons

      Paycom's standards are high: While you are trained for success, if you do not work hard, you may become overwhelmed by high expectations.
