      It is truly a place where hard work pays off. The leadership team is amazing. I love the people I work with.

      Cons

      Hard work and sometimes long hours. However, that is expected for a company that is growing as fast as we are.

      Pros

      I love being part of a growing company that genuinely cares so much for the health and safety of all of its employees. Having our own gyms and healthy options at every catered lunch are just a couple of examples of how this company is invested in the employee’s well-being. Paycom is a great place for a software development career. There are so many opportunities for growth in technology and leadership.

      Rewarding work , Great compensation, Great Benefits, Employer who takes care of you.

      Cons

      Requires hard work, not really a con for me but some people are afraid of it.
