Management has stabbed QA in the back, asking them to switch from one day a week in office, to five, and only giving them one month (during the holidays) to make this change. Our previous WFH policy was guaranteed during recruitment. I've seen Paycom respond to some reviews saying differently; their offer letters from even a couple of weeks ago would beg to differ. Management has broken this promise, and it is resulting in effectively layoffs, without severance pay.
