      Poor leadersip and support

      Pros

      Comp structure is good and quotas aren't unreasonable. The product is one of the better ones on the market.

      Cons

      Leadership is non-existent and overpromises on support for sales. Marketing also provides little to no value you are expected to do everything yourself. There was very little vision or direction from leadership, and you often feel alone and siloed. Implementation and support are aweful and most of your deals won't run or will eventually switch because of incompetent implementation teams. There is also really high turnover right now because of leadership's poor business decisions and a bad company culture. Base pay is all over the place. Low for some, too much for others.
