      Base pay, remote work, benefits

      Cons

      Training is fast paced, directed towards new hires that come from the industry/competitors. Information overload and little time to build pipeline. Easily burnt out after a short time.

      Pay is good, work life balance not so great

      Pros

      Pros: good pay, good benefits, work from home. They train you well.

      Cons

      Cons: 16 minute average handle time expected to hit that every call and stay below 14 minutes each interaction burns out tenured agents. Work life balance is non existent. Company promises they’ll rehire if you leave but you’re never gonna work there again.
