      This is probably the worst place I have ever worked at. You don’t get the support you need. I was pulled out of training two weeks early because they needed more bodies. I do not and would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager can’t help you because the manager doesn’t know anything about the type of work that’s done at Paycor but yet Paycor will hire anyone and put them in a management position with no experience. No one and I mean no one will help you and answer your questions. God forbid you ask a question they make you feel like an inconvenience. This company won’t be open much longer.

      I’ve currently have been at this company for a couple of years, and it is one of the worst mistakes I have ever made! The amount of work you are given, and expected to complete is ridiculous! Management does not care about you at all. They will not even bother to check on you during busy times Or even hear if you need help. You are judged for asking questions. Forget about going to the Team Lead. They report back to your manager anything and everything that is said. You will be disciplined first before even being given the chance to explain should something go wrong with a client. Kiss your relationship goodbye with your kids, you will never see them. Why? Because you will be working!! Run the other way. Toxic work environment and not worth the pay!!
