      The leadership and people at Paycor are what keeps me here. Our product shows fantastic and is competitive enough to compete with the best of them in our space. In a sales position, that is what you desire in a sales stack that you're representing. As a company, we stand behind our tagline, Empowering Leaders to Build Winning Teams. I know I can count on my leaders to remove obstacles and keep me moving forward.

      The industry is hyper competitive and every month your quota comes calling, regardless of the circumstances.
