Payroll Advocates overworked and underpaid!

They’re generous with PTO. The Senior Advocates who understand the frustrations with the role who are willing to assist.

Cons

The amount of work thrown on the Payroll Advocates is ridiculous. Payroll advocates are required to be skilled on the Time and Tax side of things all while being paid the same rate as the Time advocates. Payroll advocates are the front line and are forced to play middle man for special teams that refuse to speak directly with the client, resulting in Payroll Advocates taking the blame.
