      I’d rather chew glass than work here again

      Pros

      When I quit I got to keep my monitor. That’s the only pro about working here.

      Cons

      This company is an absolute joke. The technology they use is archaic and barely works. Sales, implementation, and support are all so silo’s you’d think they work for different organizations all together. Everyone is overworked and the only focus is on quantity. I had a member of my team admitted to the hospital during year end because of the amount of work being placed on her. Generally all of the line employees will lack a work/life balance. What amazes me the most about this organization is the lack of vision. The 5 year plan for growth is hire more sales people. That’s it. It’s of no surprise their earning per share continues to sink into the negative. I am thankful to have gotten out of this dumpster fire. I would not recommend anyone of discernible talent work here

      -Great work environment/work life balance -Great PTO (22 PTO + 10 holidays) -Great Health Care options (one option that costs $0.00 for health insurance) -Lots of room for career development -Great opportunities to join employee groups (Young Professionals, Colorful Connections, Women In The Workforce)

      -Pay is relatively low -Company should also invest money in other departments other than Sales

We also take pride in offering a supportive work environment that encourages career development and employee group participation. We appreciate your feedback regarding pay and take this very seriously. As a company, we recently conducted a nationwide salary study and found that most associates were at or above industry average. For those that were not, we bumped them up. We constantly evaluate our compensation structure and strive to provide fair and competitive pay. If you still have concerns, please address these with your manager or HRBP as we are more than happy to evaluate further!
