      Paycor does great damage control on glassdoor reviews and strongly *encourages* current employees to post positive reviews

      Cons

      Bad product, bad company, bad culture. Under pays employees.

      Pros

      Flexibility is good for dr's visits. Allowed to work from anywhere in US.

      Cons

      The workload far exceeds the pay rate. Benefits that are offered are very expensive to the employees. Training is lacking for real world experience and there is very little support from team leads as there is knly kne for all implementationa.

      We appreciate this feedback and please know we have done extensive research this year on both pay and benefit offers. We found that Paycor is either at or above industry average pay and made improvements where needed. We have also added many new benefits in 2023 including extended parental leave, more flexible PTO, and increased the number of leave options.
