Great people but no work life balance

Pros

The people that work here are great and they are 99% work from home which is highly desired in these times. Lots of resources for information to be self sufficient. Amazing product that is very user friendly. Great time off policy that you're too scared to use because you're too busy.

Cons

Growing pains! Management values pushing through clients to support even if they are confused or unhappy. Too high of a workload to give great customer service. Consultants have phone shifts to spend 4 hours of their week to answer incoming calls from everyone's clients since no one has a direct line. No work life balance because there is work to be done all day every day and if you take time off you come back and do everything to catch back up. They have compartmentalized implementations and it is confusing for clients and everything seems to fall on payroll. Complicated processes that aren't well documented for different types of implementations. Clients hate us since we refuse to have phones and only want to email.
