      Great product team and marketing. Heavily invested in creating product differentiators and making sure you have the air cover to support your own efforts.

      Pros

      Great leadership and opportunities to get involved in special projects. Being able to be a part of the companies growth at this time is so exciting. There is a lot of transparency into where the company is headed and what areas we are focused on enhancing for this fiscal year. There always seems to be new professional groups or training to take part in to enhance your own development.

      Cons

      Some departments have peak seasons where workload can spike. If you don't manage your time wisely this can impact your work life balance.

      Pros

      I left a 14 year career at another HCM company to join Paycor and I have had zero regrets. Paycor is nimble and aggressive when it comes to achieving their growth plans. The tools and resources given to sellers are so valuable. The transparency and realness of the executive team is refreshing and appreciated. The people are genuinely nice and collaborative.

      Cons

      We need more of a leadership bench so there is an opportunity to promote from within. When you promote a seller to a leadership position who was successful, understands the Paycor culture, and is familiar with the products and resources it's set them up for a successful career in management. Good leaders create good teams so they are vital to our success.
