      Our products and people are unmatched in our industry, yet every day we find new market problems to solve for our customers.       Cons

      In any software-as-a-service company there's a certain expectation to always be available to take care of any customer request. Sometimes, especially in our peak volume periods and while adapting to modern systems and technology, this can be extra challenging. Our constant attention to our customers' needs and our sense of urgency adapting to change can appear daunting for some but rewarding for each of us when leaders of our customers tell us we have empowered them to build winning teams.
