Pros
The only pros I have experienced at Paycor are being able to work 100% remote, competitive pay, and great benefits package.
Cons
Work life balance is non existent. The workloads are unmanageable and senior leaders do not care. They brag about revenue and how they’re beefing up our sales team when we already do not have the staff in implementation to keep up with the new projects coming in. We are pulled in so many different directions that it is impossible to keep up. There is no clear direction on what our jobs are or how to do them. It’s complete chaos. Which is why people are quitting left and right. Which puts more work on those of us stuck here.
