      Paycor has clearly invested in it's people, product and processes. We have separated ourselves from the competition and have nothing but positive momentum leading us toward a path of total domination!

      Honestly, I can't think of a single con.....no one has it better than us right now. The time is now!

      Pros

      Incredible time to be part of this company. There have obviously been many challenges for organizations over the past 18 months. Paycor has had them also. So many things have been put in place to improve the product, work environment, and support. The investment in people and product is nothing like I have experienced before. They sincerely are looking this to be a great place to work and be a customer.

      Cons

      Immense amount of resources that can be difficult to navigate at times.

      Pros

      Coming up on 5 months at Paycor, and it has been an incredible experience. The amazing culture drove me to Paycor, and being surrounded by such motivated and helpful teammates has allowed me to grow more professionally in my 5 months here than I have my whole career. Management and the executives truly care about every employee and make an effort to know everybody personally. Benefits and PTO are also wonderful!

      Cons

      Truly, there are none. Lots of responsibilities, however they help you grow so much as a person and employee. Love this company so much!
