      Pros

      I pretty much started my career at paycor and they have been a good company to work for. The people I work with on a day-to-day basis are very knowledgeable and excellent to work with.

      Cons

      In my opinion, a lot of the internal communications place too much emphasis on "look how woke we are" which I find rather annoying. Upper management from the product side sometimes can't make up its mind on what is "top priority" and we end up waffling back and forth between various "emergencies".

      Friendly coworkers...that is all. Nothing more.

      Cons

      It is clear that this company has no idea what they're doing. This was the absolute worst job I had ever had. Managers are incompetent and only care about their stats to make themselves look good to their boss. NEW FLASH - the customer advocates matter as well. Cuts lunch breaks in half, so only 30 minutes to yourself. None stop calls. This is was main reason why I left. I am from a call center background, but it's literally constant calls. No admin time to work on cases. Paycor doesn't care about the customer, they care about call volume and making sure that you're on the phone constantly.

      Good benefits - that’s it.

      Cons

      If you have any experience in the working world this place is not for you. Implementation and support are over worked causing clients to not get the attention they need and resulting in clients leaving. Paycor is very cliquey. If you are not part of certain cliques you will get nothing! (Very much a ‘bro world’) The company has so much potential but is going downhill fast. Especially with long standing employees (from all departments) leaving.
