      Decent benefits and good people in the field

      Management has run the company horribly especially the new head guys hired to take the company public. They treat management poorly, have truly insane expectations even during covid, and have made moves in the company that have hurt our reputation in the areas we serve and are selling to. The crazy part is all their bad decisions affect our ability to sell and hit quota and in the end we (sales and mgmt) are the ones that continue to lose (commissions, business relationships, etc.) The company has lost its soul and good people are leaving left and right.
