New ownership/leadership making bad decision after bad decision. As a result associates and clients are being left behind. Service levels have plummeted due to a massively under-staffed workforce that is shrinking due to turnover. Employees encouraged to "do more with less" are being heavily overworked while promotions and compensation have been frozen for a year, ostensibly due to Covid, but that freeze does not seem to apply to senior management or top leadership. The company still has double-digit growth and profits even with Covid, but associates are the ones footing that bill. Client experience, especially Support, is at an all-time low with 90-minute hold times and unanswered emails. Most customers are dissatisfied or frustrated and that makes everyone's job more unpleasant. Senior Leadership and new ownership have left behind all of the ideals that made this a good place to work and took care of employees and customers.
