      None that merit a serious attempt at generosity

      Cons

      Terrible management. micro managing a number on a spread sheet. No respect for anyone. No work life balance. Blatantly harassing prospects to sign paperwork based on pure lies and falsehoods. Implementation can’t get deals to go live and customer service is non-existent. Management is a joke with no answers and no clue how to do anything but high pressure the sales people to sell more lies. I could continue but the point is made.

      The people you work with are amazing

      Cons

      The people you work with are tired, defeated and managed with fear. New executive leadership completely robbed the culture created with founder Bob Coughlin to only caring about the money and IPO. Adding more sellers and new clients to the organization is great, but doesnt do much good when you have just as many clients leaving as coming onboard. Most tenured employees have left or are going to leave due to cultural changes, therefor lack of expertise is becoming a bigger and bigger issue.
