No cons, everything is ok

Terrible leadership from the top down. Lead by fear for your job and only care about unrealistic activity goals. A micro management culture from leaders who have never proven themselves in the industry and don't know how to help. Regional ASVP's seem to change every year and nobody knows what they are doing. The product is not that good and be prepared to deal with constant implementation, services, billing and more issues because they cant ever get things right. The constant 6-7 zoom team calls a week is a motivation killer when all you hear is how the team can't achieve their activity goals.
