      Pros

      I worked at Paycor for more than 3 years, it is a great place to start your career. The colleagues are friendly and have no hesitations to answer all the questions you have. It is a growing company with a start up culture. The campus is beautiful and is situated right at the highway. The company is doing well coz there are some really hard working people and some who are riding along. Their work from home policies are good.

      Cons

      Office politics is high for the size of the company. There are some who don’t work at all the whole day. I could not understand the ultimate goal of the company coz the directions kept changing. Would love to see some employee retention at the top management level.

      I get to work with the most up to date technologies and solve real-world problems. You get to work alongside collaborative teams and work-life balance is great.

      Cons

      Many product decisions are influenced by sales and sales only... this hinders the innovative ideas the delivery teams could bring to the market.
