      Good development teams Good technology stack to work with.

      Cons

      Bad management. Careless workload. Doesn't recognize the employee work. New CEO is incapable of protecting his employees. Covid-19 impacted the company and downsized the work force by 17%.

      Nice office and gym. Free swag and food during year end.

      Cons

      Paycor is a mom and pop shop masquerading as a major player in HCM arena. Please understand that it is not. This company is good for new grads or candidates who are looking to break in to the HCM/SaaS field. My advice; get in, learn as much as you can and then leave. Leadership has resorted to fear-mongering to produce results. This impacts the service department the most.
