Poor training that does not prepare you for job HR nightmare - would not want a woman family member/friend to work on sales floor. Different sales territories and partnerships across the U.S. - everyone has same sales goal despite differing territories and partnerships If you are assigned a poor performing sales territory, you will be threatened almost a month after training when results remain the same Poor product and terrible customer service model poor pay - departments with less responsibility making more money low job security 90% of sales team DO NOT hit goal bc of outrageous quotas, poor product, poor service, and high price. Multiple high level managers without college degrees, use fear tactics to motivate, do not have the knowledge to properly train/grow employees High associate and manager turnover. 7+ managers have left in less than a year bc of outrageous goals and terrible company culture. Every HVS employee is one good job offer out the door.
