      Pros

      Fantastic management team. They take the time out of their day to assist you and show you how to get things done and invest into your success. Its sales so you only get what you put into it, but the culture and the drive for success along with the team atmosphere definitely helps create the best seller possible.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons. I'm sure people have some. For me at least this is the best company I have worked for.

      Pros

      Paycor offers its employees an environment where they'll be supported while they learn, grow, and are challenged to innovate. Employees are offered opportunities to engage with the organization outside of their current position and are often rewarded with additional growth opportunities for their efforts. I have found Paycor to be a great environment to continue my professional development while actively contributing to the organization around me.

      Cons

      Communication between the various product areas is not always great, but it's not very different from other organizations I've seen in the past.

      Pros

      Supportive, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on learning Focus on holistic wellbeing with opportunities and incentives to engage in physical activity Prioritization of giving back to the surrounding communities

      Cons

      It's a big (and growing) company, which can present challenges in making sure everyone is kept up to speed with information, especially those teams outside of headquarters. That said, regular webinars, traveling points of contact, and frequent emails definitely help.
