      Pros

      Medical benefits rock for the employees.

      Cons

      Being a remote office, doesn’t have the corporate feel or the information. Plus the year end time frame is horrible for work life balance.

      Pros

      The culture of the Jacksonville office is great. They advocate having fun at work. Flex time is offered during the summer since it’s not as busy. Good foot in the door for future HR and HCM opportunities

      Cons

      There’s no room for advancement in a satellite office, and year-end is brutal (as with any payroll job). The workload is extremely high, and there is little support. If you ask for help you’re told that you can work unlimited overtime, which often times you already are. You cannot work from home, even during overtime. Paid time off is abysmal compared to competitors. Very high turnover causing tenured employees to take on higher workload while positions are back-filled and new employees are trained. Different managers don’t hold people to the same standards and the rest of the team has to pick up the slack
