The training was good and the manager was helpful and always suggested we put our best effort when dealing with cistomer service.

Cons

The manager was very anal and sometimes her feedback was degrading to workers. She often did not tell us any good things about our job and only what we could do better.

I am back to review Payless again, since the first time I had a ton of people comment on the love of my job!! I'm hear to tell you I am still in love with it!! Here we go: 1. Benefits. The personal time, vacation time and sick leave is all great and It's rare that I use it all up because it's soo much! 2. Discounts on the shoes! 3. I love tracking numbers, so all the reports that I get to examine (call me crazy) 4. Recognition. 5. Customers

1. Their scheduling system. On our year review, we are graded on this and half the time the program isnt running properly, or it doesnt print, or it freezes, etc. It makes it very hard to get the 70% they are asking for. 2. During Peak Holidays that our company observes, instead of giving us the pay on that day, they give us another personal day to use but managers have a hard time using up what they have so half the time it gets taken away at the end of the year!
