Lots of 'dead' time to fix the store without being stressed Do not lose hours for bad selling No commission Nice communication within company

Cons

Low discount Expected to do a lot, but get paid whether you do it or not Cannot get over 30 hours unless Assistant Manager or higher 'Numbers' based on walking through door, not accurate/not fair.

They have flexible scheduling and the co-workers and Store Leader was great.

Cons

You are paid for your time not for your value. They expect high work levels at minimum pay.
